Acupuncture is an 8000 years old traditional Chinese treatment that focuses on the five element philosophy similar to the 8000-year-old Indian Ayurveda and Traditional Persian Treatment.

Unlike treatments based on chemical drugs that focus on sedation or supression of symptoms, acupuncture focuses on curing the root cause without any side effects.

Water

  • Drink pure natural water
  • Drink without boiling
  • Avoid drinking chlorinated water or that has chemicals in it.
  • Drink when you are thirsty.
  • Drink the quantity according to your thirst.
  • Sit and drink.
  • Drink a mouthful of water in 3 parts.

Food

  • Eat only when you are hungry.
  • Eat healthy food and think good about it.
  • Avoid eating more than 1/3rd of your stomach.
  • Avoid eating past sunset.
  • Eat at least 3 hours before sleep.

Sleep

  • Follow a healthy sleep routine.
  • Sleep by 9PM and wake up before 5AM.
  • Avoid sleeping past 6AM in the daytime.
  • Avoid unnecessary sleep.

Rest

  • Take rest when the body demands.
  • Sit once you are tired of standing.
  • Settle the mind, rest the body completely, perform breathing exercises.
